Anti-Slavery Statement 2026

Anti-Slavery Statement 2026

Introduction

We are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency and respect for human rights. Modern slavery, including forced labour, servitude, human trafficking and child labour, has no place within our operations or supply chain.

Our Commitment

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. Our business practices, procurement activities and partnerships are expected to operate ethically and responsibly, and we require suppliers, contractors and partners to uphold the same standards.

Our Policies & Governance

We maintain a framework of policies designed to safeguard against modern slavery and support responsible business conduct. This includes:

  • Prohibiting forced, compulsory and trafficked labour.
  • Carrying out supply chain due diligence, risk screening and independent audits.
  • Supporting transparent recruitment practices and protecting worker rights.
  • Regularly reviewing compliance with applicable legislation and relevant industry standards.

Supply Chain Standards

We work with suppliers that share our commitment to ethical business practices. Our contractual requirements expressly prohibit modern slavery, and suppliers are expected to maintain these standards throughout their own supply chains.

Team Member Training & Compliance

We ensure that our Team Members are equipped to recognise, prevent and report risks associated with modern slavery. Mandatory anti-slavery and human trafficking training forms part of onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements.

This training includes:

  • Understanding the forms and indicators of modern slavery.
  • Recognising risks within our operations and supply chains.
  • Reporting concerns safely and confidentially.
  • Understanding and upholding our organisational standards and legal obligations.

Training completion is tracked and monitored to support compliance across the organisation. Refresher training is provided periodically to keep our people informed and prepared to act responsibly.

Reporting Concerns

We maintain accessible and confidential channels for reporting concerns. Any suspected instance of modern slavery is subject to prompt investigation, with corrective action taken where necessary.

Our Ongoing Commitment

We continuously review and improve our policies and practices to strengthen protections against modern slavery. This statement reflects our continuing commitment to ethical conduct, transparency and responsible business operations.
