About Power Capital

Power Capital Renewable Energy was founded in 2011 with a long-term goal of producing clean, sustainable energy. Our belief hasn’t changed since then. We must invest in our planet’s future, by offsetting our reliance on fossil fuels. We’re a specialist independent Irish company with a growing international presence. We build large-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar farms that produce electricity but in a better way. We continue to build our portfolio through development and via acquisitions that align with our progressive policies on environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG).

Power Capital Renewable Energy is the largest independent solar power producer in Ireland. Our Solar PV and BESS pipeline continues to grow rapidly through a combination of in-house origination and late-stage acquisitions of Irish solar farms. We have streamlined our operations across the whole life cycle of our power plants, developing and operating facilities directly with minimal outsourcing. This vertically integrated approach is key to fulfilling our long-term strategic vision of becoming a leading independent power producer (IPP).

As part of our company mission, we strive to be a beacon of responsible energy by integrating cutting-edge technology to complement our unwavering environmental, social, and governance (ESG) values. This inspires our team to drive positive change in the global energy landscape. Our company mission and values guide our approach to becoming a sustainable, large-scale generator of competitively priced renewable energy.
