Olivia Abell
Olivia leads the legal function at Power Capital, managing a multidisciplinary team that supports development, commercial, engineering and delivery functions to ensure smooth project execution from inception to generation. She plays a key role in enabling the company to deliver bankable, resilient and efficiently executed energy assets. Olivia’s expertise includes drafting and negotiating construction and long‑term O&M contracts, as well as overseeing legal due diligence. Since joining Power Capital, she has shaped the contractual frameworks required to scale project delivery. As part of the executive leadership team, she works closely with the CEO, Board and senior management to drive sustainable growth, manage risk and foster a culture of integrity. She also serves on the ESG committee and the Board of Solar Ireland.
