Bill Senior
Bill brings over 20 years’ experience in the infrastructure and energy sector and leads the Delivery function at Power Capital, covering contracts, HSE, project management and site supervision across a rapidly expanding construction pipeline. A Chartered Engineer (CEng MIEI) with a BEng in Civil Engineering from Dundee University and a Postgraduate Diploma from TUS Limerick, he has also completed leadership and energy research programmes at the University of Limerick and Trinity College Dublin. A former Board Director and Treasurer of Solar Ireland, he was recognised as its Top Contributing Member in 2024. Bill oversees the contractual administration and delivery of approximately 0.5 GW of solar projects in operation or construction, driving safe, efficient and commercially robust execution with internal teams and key external stakeholders.
