Anti-Slavery Statement 2026
Introduction
We are committed to conducting all aspects of our business with integrity, transparency, and respect for human rights. Modern slavery – in all its forms including forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, and child labour – has no place in our operations or supply chain.
Our Commitment
We uphold a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. As an organisation, we are dedicated to ensuring that our business practices, procurement activities, and partnerships are carried out ethically and responsibly. We expect the same high standards from all suppliers, contractors, and partners.
Our Policies & Governance
To safeguard against modern slavery, we maintain a robust framework of policies that guide our ethical conduct, including:
- Clear prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour
- Supplychain due diligence and riskscreening procedures as well as independent audits
- Transparent recruitment practices and protection of worker rights
- Ongoing reviews to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards
Supply Chain Standards
We work only with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices. Our contracts include explicit requirements forbidding any form of modern slavery. Suppliers must uphold our standards and cascade these expectations throughout their own supply chains.
Team Member Training & Compliance
We are committed to ensuring that every Team Member is equipped to recognise, prevent, and report any risks related to modern slavery. To support this, 100% of our Team Members complete mandatory antislavery and humantrafficking training as part of their onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements.
This training covers:
- Understanding the forms and indicators of modern slavery
- Recognising risks within operations and supply chains
- Reporting concerns safely and confidentially
- Upholding our organisational standards and legal obligations
Training completion is tracked and monitored to ensure full compliance across the organisation. Refresher training is provided periodically so our people remain aware, informed, and empowered to act responsibly.
Reporting Concerns
We maintain accessible and confidential reporting channels. Any suspected instance of modern slavery will be investigated promptly, with corrective action taken where necessary.
Our Ongoing Commitment
We continuously review and improve our policies and practices to strengthen protections against modern slavery. This statement reflects our ongoing dedication to ethical conduct, transparency, and responsible business operations.
