Contracts/QS Manager
Details about the Role
This is a permanent role, primarily based in our Dublin office, with travel as required.
Key responsibilities:
- Main Contract: Commercial Management
- Procurement: Small Works Contract
- Change Management: FIDIC Contract Change Management
- Collateral Warranties: Tracking & Coordination.
- Warranty & Performance Bonds: Tracking
- Cost Control: Monthly Cost Control Tracking & Cash Flow Forecasts
- Contract Handover: Asset Transfer Internally and Externally.
- Dashboard Tracking: Key Component Contract Tracking & Risk Registers
Background and experience required
- Bachelor’s and-or master’s degree in relevant discipline (Relevant disciplines may include Procurement, Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering)/
- Up to 4 years’ contracting experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience working with PV regulation
- Technical knowledge of other technologies (offshore wind, CSP, H2, etc).
- procurement: Principles of procurement understood including 3 quotations for all and evaluation on a like for like basis.
- Contract Law/Legals: Understanding of contract principles and ability to identify contractual issues
- Cost Management: Aptitude and experience in managing cost and presenting
- Good team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and
- High Level of Proficiency with MS Office
- Valid driver’s License
