Caolan leads the Finance and Commercial functions in Power Capital. In this role, he is responsible for driving value across the full asset lifecycle, from early-stage development through construction, operation and portfolio optimisation.
Caolan brings extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on solar, energy storage and emerging infrastructure opportunities. He works closely with investors, lenders, offtakers and strategic partners to structure bankable projects and scalable commercial frameworks that support Power Capital’s long-term growth ambitions.
With a background that spans project financing and financial advisory, Caolan plays a central role in aligning financial performance with operational delivery. His leadership supports the expansion of Power Capital’s operational portfolio and the advancement of its development pipeline across core markets
